LTHS wrestling team dominated at the Southwest Suburban Conference. The team held the lead with a score of 290. The Porters had many individual champions.

Matt Ramos (106), Abdullah Assaf (132), Brandon Ramos (138), Baylor Fernandes (145), Trevell Timmons (160), Nick Dado (170), and Payton Fernandes (182) all took the individual champion title from conference.

Although not everyone got the champion title, the team still made it to Regionals. Every Porter brought their A game and made it through the match. Anthony Molton (113) took second after a very close match with a score 2-0. James Pierandozzi came back from a 6-2 loss and took third. Yousif Salah also brought third home, along with Ronald Tucker. Brendan Ramsey, who lost in overtime, took fourth place. John Pacetti finished in sixth.

Although not everyone got to lock in first place, they represented Lockport well.

Lockport will be wrestling at Regionals in which the team will host at east campus.
