The Walking Dead is one of the top 10 shows of 2016. It received an 84% by Rotten Tomatoes. The show is on it’s 7th season right now, and I have to say this is probably the best season so far. It’s based off of the comics, and I strongly recommend people read them because the writing is phenomenal and the illustrations are amazing.

Robert Kirkman did an amazing job on both the show and the comics. He really made the series to where viewers get emotionally attached to these characters, and their deaths are always heart breaking.

As the show gets deeper into the story, viewers get to see how the apocalypse changes the characters’ mindsets. Rick and the group learn over time that they can’t save everyone, and sometimes they have to do what they need to do to survive.

The current season is coming to a mid-season finale and so much has happened. I don’t want to spoil anything, but there are a lot of major deaths this season that will indeed break its viewers no matter how prepared they may be.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan does a fabulous job at pursuing his role as Negan. Negan is currently the biggest threat to the group, killing 2 very important characters. He definitely fits the role perfectly. I can’t really say much without spoiling the show, but seasons 1-6 are on Netflix now, so go watch it! I promise you won’t be disappointed. Also, The Walking Dead is on AMC on Sunday nights at 8/9c.
