For the rest of the United States, most of us have celebrated a normal Halloween this year.  We all put out bowls of candy for the kids to come and grab.  This year in Tampa Bay, a murderer is on the run and many people are worried.  His first killing was a week before Halloween.  The police department decided to patrol neighborhoods on Halloween to protect the children trick or treating.  

On November 14, the killer has struck again and has killed another person. The police has started a manhunt for this killer and want the citizens of the Tampa Bay suburbs to stay indoors.  Hopefully this killer is brought into justice, and no one else is harmed.
