Man in search for his lost dog
November 20, 2017
On November 16, at around 1:30 pm, John’s beloved dog, Butkus, went missing by his house in Tinley Park. As an act of kindness, he asks to keep an eye out for his dog and to “please bring him back home to me.”
The dog is tan, ten years old, and is around 2 ½ feet long and approximately 60 lbs. He does not have a collar, but he does have a chip. He took off into the woods south of the Tinley Park High School after spotting an animal. Fortunately, the dog is an extremely friendly pitbull and can be handled.
If anyone finds the dog, a handsome reward will be given. Please contact the Tinley Park Police Department, PAWS in Tinley Park, the Cook County Sheriff’s Police Department, or the dog’s owner John directly at 708-692-5151.
