In Friday night’s game against Naperville Central, an interruption in the second quarter left staff in fury and fans in cheers. An unknown student lept out of the student section while a play was being reset and snatched the football off the field. The hooded figure began to sprint and hop over the tall fence to successfully escape the numbers of confused and angry staff officials. Students, having a different reaction, were brought together by the stunt as he made his run for the neighborhood East of the school.
