At the end of the 2023-24 school year, the LTHS community will say goodbye to East Campus Principal Dr. John Greenan, who has held the position since 2019 and has served District 205 since 2002. Dr. Greenan will be assuming the position of Mr. Anthony Cundari, becoming the Assistant Superintendent of Personnel. Beginning in July, the new East Campus principal will be Dr. Jaqueline Johnson. Dr. Johnson has held several positions for nearby high school District 218, including an English teacher, Dean of Students, Curriculum Director, and Director of Equity and Articulation. She will also be the first African-American woman to hold the position of principal at East Campus. Though LTHS will miss Dr. Greenan, we are excited to welcome our new principal!

Abigail is a senior at Lockport. This is her second year in Porter Press and first in the role of A&E section editor. She is also involved in Visions Literary Magazine, the LTHS Short Film Festival, and plays violin for the Metropolitan Youth Symphony Orchestra. Outside of school, Abigail enjoys creative writing, reading fantasy books, and creating art.
