The Lockport Cheer team, arguably one of the best programs in the state, with 4 state championships and countless podium placements under their belt, started off their season at the Lincoln Way Central Jingle Fest Invite this Saturday, December 14 with all levels competing.
To start the competition, the freshman/sophomore team (JV White) placed 2nd along with also hitting zero, meaning they executed all stunts, tumblings, jumps and dances without any deductions from the judges. The Junior Varsity team (JV Maroon) had a big win placing 1st. To end the competition, the Lockport Varsity Cheer team brought the energy and excitement to also place 1st with a score of 93.15. Their tumbles and stunts amazed from start to finish.
