Are you nervous for your first concert and don’t know what to do? Concerts are an amazing way to experience your favorite artist(s) but it is also important to make sure you are prepared for every possibility.
Tickets
Yes you may be able to buy your tickets at the door but doing so tickets may not be available or tickets may only be available for seats you don’t want. Instead buy your ticket ahead of time so that you can have an enjoyable experience.
Outfit choices
Choosing an outfit can be difficult; many people make the wrong choice by simply wearing the wrong pair of shoes because they were cute,or choosing an itchy shirt because it was shiny. To prevent this from happening, opt for an outfit that you can stand in comfortably, and make sure to try on your outfit a few days before.
Transportation
If you are taking an Uber, that’s amazing, but sometimes it may not be cost effective and sometimes it is not always safe. To prevent this, see if a trusted friend or family member can take you, especially if you don’t like driving.
Driving
If you are driving and attending a concert with a busy venue, make sure to plan out your route , and don’t forget to buy a parking pass. Forgetting could lead to not having a place to park or having to walk a sizable distance to the venue.
What To Bring
Remember to have your ID, some earplugs, cash or card, Some Stands do not take cash. Make it easy on yourself and security by only bringing the essentials! Your ID, earplugs (if needed), and extra money! You can pack lip gloss but try not to overdo it because you’re probably going to lose it. Don’t bring a big bag you’re going to have to carry around instead, bring a small, clear bag to make sure to keep your belongings safe and keep a close eye on them.
Food
Attending a concert and being surrounded by food may give you the urge to go buy food, don’t make the mistake of buying a 15 dollar hotdog. Instead, try to eat beforehand, or bring snacks to keep in your car for before or after the concert.
