Zaira is a junior at Lockport Township High School. This is her first year at Porter Press as a staff writer. She is involved in Lockport’s Model UN where she is one of the club’s two social media managers. Outside of school, Zaira is a new member of Leading With Heart’s class of 2026, and she plays volleyball at Belusa United Volleyball Club. She enjoys playing the piano and music. In fact, this summer she performed a solo at Carnegie Hall in New York. She also likes hanging out with her friends and shopping.
