A judge in the Jeffery Epstein court case just published almost 200 legal documents naming over 100 people that have been officially linked to the pedophile. Elusively named “The List,” it has been mentioned in previous court filings and in media; however, speculation falsely concluded it contained names of “clients”. It is now confirmed that the list is a compilation of employees of Epstein, witnesses in Ghislaine Maxell’s case (a close friend, and well known co-conspirator of Epstein) and accusers. About 150 well-known people were named in the documents, the most notable being Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Duke of York Prince Andrew, Trump’s impeachment counselor Alan Dershowirtz, magician David Copperfield, and model scout Jean-Luc Brunel. Social media and news outlets have been spreading untrue and dangerous information pertaining to the list. Things that are popular but untrue are names that are falsely claimed on the list such as Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Hawking. There have also been fabricated images of the documents with false quotes. People must be on the lookout for reputable sources for information. While the list can be shocking, it is most important to not criminalize those who have not been formally charged.
